We dream of the days when peace and prosperity will endure forever, when all there will be is good. The Jewish people will gather from all corners of the earth and return to the promised land. We wait for the arrival of Mashiach to transform the darkness of exile to an eternal light.
“I Believe” is a representation of the coming of Mashiach, it’s a reminder to constantly believe and anticipate our redemption.
This large painting is dominated by a man dressed in a white tallis, painted with hints of peach, magenta, and turquoise, blowing a large, twisted shofar. The sun’s rays light up the scene creating a radiant effect. The bottom half of the painting is painted in a deep plum color, and the splendid Bais Hamikdash painted in pastel pink and lavender appears to rise from the dark shades. The top half of the scene is filled with a vibrant sky at sunrise. Soft clouds made of bright pink, purple and orange hues, fill the sky, creating a powerful feeling of the dawn of a spiritual era.
